GUT RENEW Chocolate Banana Frozen Pop

  • 8 oz unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened almond butter
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 2 scoops Chocolate GUT RENEW Superfood Protein Formula

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into frozen pop molds and place into freezer. When frozen, unmold and enjoy or coat with Chocolate Shell, then enjoy.

Chocolate Shell:

  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • ⅔ cup coconut oil

Place the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave safe bowl and heat on high for 30 seconds at a time until chocolate is smooth. Stir until completely blended. (Or use a double boiler and heat until chocolate is smooth and melted.) When pops are frozen, remove one from the mold, dip in the melted chocolate, then allow it to harden. Hardens almost immediately. Allow to set for 2 minutes. Repeat with remaining frozen pops.

GUT RENEW Strawberry Banana Frozen Pop

  • 8 oz unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 2 scoops Original GUT RENEW Superfood Protein Formula

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into frozen pop molds. When frozen, unmold and enjoy. For a Chocolate Covered Strawberry Pop, coat with Chocolate Shell, then enjoy.

GUT RENEW Blood Orange & Cream Frozen Pop

We love an orange cream pop, just like the 1950s! This one is elevated with blood orange juice, but regular orange juice also works well. For the coconut milk in this recipe, look for the cans of coconut milk, available in the Asian section of the grocery store. This type of coconut milk is thicker and works well here. Make sure to use the thick cream layer that rises to the top.

For the Blood Orange pop:

  • 2 blood oranges
  • 8 oz blood orange juice
  • 1 1/2 scoops Original GUT RENEW Superfood Protein Formula

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into frozen pop molds until ¾ full. Do not add the stick handles yet. Freeze for 20-30 minutes, until partially frozen.

For the Coconut Cream base:

  • 1 cup Thai coconut milk (from the can, include the thick creamy layer that rises to the top)
  • 1/2 scoop Original GUT RENEW Superfood Protein Formula

Place coconut milk and GUT RENEW into a bowl and whisk until smooth. Add to the half-filled molds, then insert the stick handles and place back into freezer until frozen.

 COCONUT PECAN CHOCOLATE CHIP CLUSTERS

clusters

These clusters come together like a decadent cookie, without any flour, eggs or dairy! They are delicious and such an incredible treat. Make sure to cool for a bit on the baking sheet to allow them to coagulate and form a cluster.

  • 2 cups shredded unsweetened coconut flakes
  • ½ bag of dark chocolate baking discs or chips (preferably at least 60% cacoa)
  • 1 cup pecans, roughly smashed
  • ½ can (about 6 ounces) coconut condensed milk
  • 1-2 scoops Original GUT RENEW Superfood Protein Formula
  • Flaky sea salt (such as Maldon or Fleur de Sel)

Preheat oven to 375 degrees, with rack in center position.

Place coconut, chocolate discs, pecans, coconut condensed milk and GUT RENEW into a bowl and stir to combine. Scoop out mounds, about 2 inches in diameter, onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Bake for about 10 minutes, or until coconut becomes golden brown and toasty. Remove from oven and top each cluster with flaky sea salt. Allow clusters to cool on the tray for 10-15 minutes.
