Allan and Family,
Suzanne was a blessing to so many. I believe she was an instrument sent here from God so many of us could benefit from her teachings. I would like to share my personal story that had it not been for Suzanne and her book “Ageless,” the world would have not received two perfect little earth angels.
When I was 45 years old I had a routine physical and it was discovered that I had a tumour. After many tests it was determined that it was stage 1-2 of ovarian cancer and surgery was scheduled. My doctor advised of having a hysterectomy followed by treatment. My sister who was an avid reader and loyal fan of Suzanne Somers said to me “before you do anything please read Suzanne’s book Ageless on bio identical hormones”.
Knowing how much my sister invested into holistic and alternative homeopathic medicine, I took her seriously only to discover myself absorbed in Suzanne’s teachings. Suzanne not only wrote the book she did the homework. I walked away with a new perspective and understanding of Woman’s health and an overwhelming education on bioidentical hormones. So much so that I knew I needed a second opinion. After having a follow-up appointment to discuss a hysterectomy with my then retiring male OBGYN.
I asked him if we could avoid the hysterectomy in which he gave me a blanket statement of the “risks associated with ovarian cancer,” and then said “‘its not like you’re in your child bearing ages, you don’t need your uterus”.
I was shocked by this having just read all of the greater risks associated with woman’s health not having a uterus. I then proceeded to find a female OBGYN who understood my concerns while being open to Suzanne’s book on bioidentical hormones, my new doctor agreed. Although we did have to have surgery to remove the tumour we settled on removing the fallopian tubes as this is where ovarian cancer begins and we knew we were stage 1-2.
Although, I was on my way to full recovery and at this point had reread Suzanne’s book several times it was still haunting me that a medical professional in his 70’s would tell me at 45 years that I was too old for child bearing, granted my two daughters were 25 and 19 at the time.
I then began following Suzanne on Instagram only to discover her weekly live shows and I fell in love with how you, Allan, loved Suzanne unconditionally, more so she adored you and you both spoke openly about your private sensual nature. I then realized I’m not too old as here was a loving, beautiful couple having fun and not being apologetic for having a loving sexual relationship.
Having fully recovered and having a new perspective on my health, as well, an open perspective on being “Ageless,” as Suzanne wrote, I then looked into surrogacy.
I live in Canada so our laws on surrogacy is different than the USA. Here it is altruistic and a gift without profit and yes, at 45 years with a clean bill of health thanks to the newly found education taught by Suzanne, I passed the medical.
In 2021, I gave birth to my first surrogate baby “Maggie” and then again in 2023 to my second surrogate baby and first boy “Billy.” Both babies were born into loving families who otherwise would have never been able to conceive let alone have their own families.
These two earth angels were a blessing not only to their perspective families, but to me as well. At 45 years old, I was told there was no possibility of avoiding a hysterectomy.
Suzanne’s hard work is testimony. Had she not committed herself to the research and writing of “Ageless, the naked truth about bioidentical hormones.” I would have never conceived and delivered two beautiful surro-babies at 46 and 48 years old. Having listened to Suzanne tell her life stories on hardship and overcoming setbacks she never gave up on believing in herself and always having faith in the best is yet to come. Thank you Allan and Suzanne for giving me the courage to believe that it can and will get better. You just need to believe and have a little faith. Suzanne your message was heard and received and there is now two new beautiful babies growing up in this world because of your wisdom. God Speed Suzanne you are truly in his Glory.

It has taken me this long to write a tribute as I am still in shock. I absolutely loved Suzanne. Such a smart, talented, funny lady that I loved to watch every week. The knowledge she had about her products and everything else pertaining to our health was mind blowing. She really cared about people, and we knew that. We will be forever grateful for her giving us the organic products to use without worrying about chemicals being in them. She is greatly missed. Our prayers continue for Alan, Bruce, Caroline, and family. You are doing such a great job continuing her legacy!
