    Delicious!

    I love both flavors. I have a smoothie everyday for lunch. One cup of almond milk, gut renew and a cup of frozen fruit. Keeps me satisfied until dinner. And the co!lagen custard is delicious and makes a great after dinner dessert!

    LUV ME SOME GUT RENEW AND COLLAGEN ALWAYS!

    Since being on GUT renew I've noticed a good change in my gut flora....
    I use GUT renew in everything....shakes, baking, oatmeal, and even a spoon in my coconut milk.
    Collagen custard, fabulously delicious, I use that in everything too.

    The product is amazing. I’ve been on it for about 4 months now. My favorite is the chocolate, but the original is great with bananas and frozen cherries or raspberries. I make me 1 drink a day in the morning and do the collagen custard in late afternoon. Great for losing excess pounds and keeping your gut healthy. Love, love!

    Gut renew my journey

    I’ve been using gut renew consistently for about
    6 months and I’m feeling so much better.
    I’m 65 yrs and stuck in menopause funk for about 8 long years.
    I have a shake for breakfast most times taking w me to work.
    I look forward to it everyday. It fills me and I sometimes have a second for lunch especially if I’m busy.
    This satisfies me till dinner and I’m not ravenously hungry by dinner..
    It took some time but my appetite has decreased to about half of what I previously ate which has helped me to loose 20 stubborn lbs. I feel so much better and lighter and not so bloated.
    I ate well before but just too much at a sitting. This has also helped me to wean myself off of refined sugar. Again I ate less than most people prior to starting gut renew but I got very serious about cutting it completely out of my diet and this helped because I still can have a treat each day.
    My favorite morning recipe is a scoop of vanilla a scoop of chocolate gut renew a scoop of collagen custard, half of a frozen banana and half a tray of frozen coffee ice cubes ( my husband saves me a bit of coffee each day and I freeze in ice cube trays.
    Blend and it tastes like a frozen latte( its amazing)
    My second favorite is a scoop of vanilla, one scoop chocolate gut renew, one scoop collagen custard , half frozen banana and frozen mixed berries. This gets thick and amazing.
    Both are made with about 2cups of coconut milk as the base.
    Again it took several months before I started to see real results and started to feel so much better….so give it time.
