I just tried the Vanilla Fig Balsamic Vinegar, and it was incredible! It has a perfect blend of sweetness to it, and it's wonderful in salads and as a marinade. I also use the Traditional Balsamic Vinegar for my pasta and salads, which gives the food a rich and flavorful taste. I highly recommend these Balsamic Vinegars!
