          No nausea

          This is the first multi vitamins that I can take on a empty stomach without having any nausea which is wonderful, also I have noticed a big difference in my hair and nails, my hair doesn't look fried anymore just in one month of taking them, I just started my 2nd bottle. Love taking high quality vitamins without fillers.

          I like this multi because it has more of the vitamins & minerals I need. It has boron, iodine, zinc etc in the right proportions and the right type. Very good multi.
