I enjoy using this protein powder for making a smoothie with fruit and almond milk for a nutritious start to my day. I feel satisfied and gives me energy.

Before having my gall bladder removed I did some research of my own. The most common told problem following the removal was the need to go to the restroom within 20-30 minutes. The gall bladder apparently helps regulate stomach enzymes in some way. I started taking this supplement and have never experienced that problem. Not even once. I've taken it 7 months.

It's nice to have all three products in one bundle at a good price. My skin looks great after a few weeks of taking them.
